Home automation cable for Gazpar gas meters

(0 review)

Description

Gazpar gas meters feature a side connector that emits one electrical pulse for every 10 liters of gas consumed. This cable allows you to tap into that signal to monitor your gas usage in real time, by integrating it into your home automation system (Home Assistant, Domoticz, etc.) using a compatible microcontroller (Arduino, ESP32, ESPHome…).

Technical specifications

  • Length: 13 cm

  • Conductors: 0.5 mm² (AWG 24) – UL1007

  • Connector compatible with the Gazpar pulse output socket

  • Tinned wire ends (ready to solder or connect)

Typical use case

Plug the cable into the Gazpar meter’s pulse output. Connect the wires to a digital input on your microcontroller. A pull-up resistor may be required depending on your setup. Each pulse corresponds to 10 liters of gas consumed, enabling accurate monitoring.
